About The Award

Annually recognising the achievements of up and coming females in the industry is a way WIRQ can continually fulfil its objective to promote the involvement of women in insolvency.

Proudly presented by LCM Finance, who supports the encouragement and recognition of early-career females, this award is an opportunity to motivate and encourage young females who are making strides early in their career.

Any female in the industry with less than 5 years’ experience in insolvency is eligible and we encourage you to apply or nominate anyone who comes to mind.
